Hammer Union

Introduction

Hammer unions are connectors that are easy to assemble and disassemble and allow for quick connecting the pipelines and flexible hose assemblies. They are often used on onshore and offshore drilling rigs to transfer petroleum, gas, drilling mud, cement, water, air and many other media. Introduction

Safety chains & clamps are a kind of hose safety clamps, also known as hose hobbles, and are used to secure the ends of high pressure hoses to protect against accidental disconnection. Every pair of safety chains & clamps can provide a minimum breaking strength of 16,000 pounds. Hose hobbles & clamps are recommended for any high pressure application, whether it be air, hydraulic, water, slurry, oi, etc.

Annular Manifold

Introduction

Annular manifold, also known as hose loops, cementing and circulating hoses, consists of elbow, hammer union adapter and straight pipe. They are designed to be easily folded for convenient transportation and storage. Featuring flexible, high resistance against impact and vibration and high flow, it is widely used in high pressure discharge lines, water supply lines, well test lines, cementing and circulating lines for the transfer of liquids.
